Policies

Policies are guidelines on conduct that Banco da Amazônia adopts in certain predefined situations, delimiting the scope of action and portraying a general behavioral standard of a permanent nature. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to approve Banco da Amazônia’s Policies, as defined in the Bylaws (Article 29, Item XII).
