Banco da Amazônia’s Annual Letter of Public Policies and Corporate Governance
The process of maturation and evolution of transparency activities within state-owned companies has been steadily advancing in Brazil, mainly due to the provisions of item I of Article 8 of Law 13,303, of June 30, 2016, which is reiterated in items I and III of Article 13 of Decree 8,945, of December 27, 2016. These legal frameworks mandate the preparation of the Annual Letter of Public Policies and Corporate Governance, signed by the Boards of Directors of state-owned companies.
