Banco da Amazônia maintains a share bookkeeping contract with Banco Bradesco S.A, which also provides shareholder services through its branch network nationwide.
Shareholders who are Banco Bradesco account holders can obtain their share positions through Internet Banking (www.bradesco.com.br). For shareholders who are not Banco Bradesco account holders, the share position can be obtained by contacting Banco da Amazônia’s Investor Relations department by emailing investidores@basa.com.br – ttaching a copy of their ID.
In case of sales or dividend redemption, contact Banco Bradesco’s Shareholder Services by phone at 0800 701 1616, or by email to the Shares and Custody Department (dac.escrituracao@bradesco.com.br), phone (11) 3684.9441.
Shareholders should keep their registration data updated, notifying Banco Bradesco of any changes to their address or bank account for dividend credits.
