Banco da Amazônia’s Integrity Program, approved by the Board of Directors, is structured around five pillars aimed at preventing, detecting, and correcting inappropriate practices in the institution’s operational and business activities.

The foundation of these pillars is the culture of internal controls and compliance, ethical principles, social, environmental, and climatic responsibility, and good corporate governance practices.

The Integrity Program is aligned with our mission, vision, and values and outlines procedures that should be observed in relationships with both internal and external audiences.

Aligned with its mission and the principles and guidelines of its policies, the Bank developed the Integrity Program, which reinforces Senior Management’s commitment to ethical principles in business and relationships with clients, shareholders, users, employees, third parties, and government authorities.
